About the event
This class is a full of fun, playful partner poses to uplift and invigorate you and your partner followed by relaxation bliss including complimentary champagne social to end the class.
What to Expect:
LIVE MUSIC will greet you and your loved one at the door as we start with a guided meditation, we will then move into couples poses where you will mirror your partner with simple easy-to-follow instructions.
The poses are sometimes silly, sometimes challenging and sometimes restorative!
You will leave class feeling closer to your partner than before; relaxed, renewed, and rejuvenated!
End class with a glass of refreshing champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.
